50-Year Environmental Searches: Provides “Chain of Title” listing (Deeds Only) from current Certification Date back 50 years.
Owner and Legal: Provides current Owner (per last Deed of Record) and legal description.
Abstractor’s Certificate: Provides a complete chain of ALL documents affecting a specific property in chronological order FROM a specific date TO a specific date for an existing title policy furnished to REIS in advance.
Foreclosure Search: Provides Abstractor’s Information Letter for the purpose of foreclosure.
