REIS Landman Services offers petroleum land personnel who are researching minerals the opportunity to lease our sovereignty title plant on an hourly basis to conduct research and make copies of the documents you need.
To access REIS Landman Services, simply call or email us for an appointment, attend a brief orientation session to learn your way around, and you’ll be ready to gain access to all the information you need at a fraction of the time you’d spend retrieving these records elsewhere. Rates for this invaluable service are just $85 per hour, plus $1 per page for copies. Access includes:
• Sovereignty card plant and up-to-date computer title plant
• Deed record copies stored on microfilm and/or electronically
• Hard copies of all plats
• Dedicated computer stations
• Dedicated work area
Orientation sessions are held by appointment only, Monday and Tuesday, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM. Orientation includes a brief tour of the plant and an explanation of REIS guidelines, resources and regulations. Then, you’ll sign an agreement, set up your account, and you’re good to go!
